Poached prawns with rock melon
(GF) – juicy king prawns poached in lime and chilli, accompanied with rock melon on a skewer.
(GF/V) – includes teriyaki chicken, salmon, tuna and vegetarian, served with wasabi, pickled ginger & soy sauce.
Assorted bruschetta, includes vegetarian
(V) – Focaccia drizzled with olive oil, lightly toasted & topped with a selection of pesto, tomato fresco & feta, beef and onion marmalade, salmon, cream cheese and capers.
(GF/V) – Baked frittata, consisting of onion, potato, tomato, spinach, capsicums & herbs finished with a tomato chilli jam.
(P) – Finished with smoked salmon & dill
– Hot selection –
(V) – a variety of spring rolls, samosas & dim sim, served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Pork spicy meatballs with sticky plum dipping sauce
(GF) – our own recipe of Tuscan spiced mini meatballs, served with a sticky plum sauce.
Satay chicken skewers
(GF) – skewered tender chicken loins with chef’s satay sauce.
Moroccan lamb skewers
(GF) – juicy pieces of lamb with yoghurt and mint dipping sauce.
Hoki coconut panko fish cakes
(P) – exotic blend of fish, shredded coconut, dill, mustard seeds and coated with crispy Japanese crumbs.
Devils on Horseback
(GF) – Another classic, juicy prunes wrapped in streaky bacon and oven baked.
